Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable and Payroll Specialist
Handle the full-cycle accounts payable process including matching, batching and daily invoices for multiple check runs on a weekly basis.
Assist with multi-state, weekly payroll review, and approval.
Weekly payroll reporting.
Create, update and maintain payroll records.
Assist with month-end close.
Support HR duties.
Accounts Payable and Payroll Specialist Qualifications
Associate degree in Accounting preferred.
3+ years of AP experience with 1+ year of multi-state payroll experience.
MS Office Suite experience, with working knowledge of Excel.
ERP systems knowledge.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Pay: $18.00-23.00 hourly
