Accounts Payable and Payroll Specialist
This is a wonderful opportunity to step into a role that is brand new and make it your own. Our Tualatin client has a need for an Accounts Payable and Payroll Specialist, supporting AP and Payroll processing for this growing company. 

Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable and Payroll Specialist
Will be responsible for full-cycle accounts payable to include matching, batching and entering up to 25 invoices daily for multiple check runs on a weekly basis. 
Assist with multi-state, union and non-union, weekly payroll review and approval. 
Weekly payroll reporting.
Creating, updating and maintaining payroll records.
Assist with month-end close.

Accounts Payable and Payroll Specialist Qualifications
Associate degree in Accounting preferred.
3+ years of AP experience.
1+ year of payroll experience.
MS Office Suite experience, with working knowledge of Excel.
ERP systems knowledge.
