Our innovative client is growing and looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join their team. This accounting group is very collaborative, close-knit, and loves to work hard/play hard.
This position will be working partially onsite and remote.
Accounts Payable Administrator Responsibilities
Maintain the department email inbox.
Match, post invoices, and reconcile accounts.
Pull ad-hoc reports and verify for discrepancies.
Scan and sort mail, invoices, and accounting-related documents.
Additional accounting projects.
Accounts Payable Administrator Qualifications
1+ years of AP experience.
Degree in Accounting preferred.
Proficient with ERP systems and MS Excel; SAP a plus.
Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly.
Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to identify opportunities for efficiencies.
