Accounting & Title Clerk
Our client is seeking an Accounting & Title Clerk to join their team in Portland, OR. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a stable and local organization!

Responsibilities of the Accounting & Title Clerk
Assist with AP invoice processing.
Handle daily customer invoices and record incoming check amounts.
Support general journal entries for daily check deposits.
Prepare statement of origins, titles, and applications for the third parties and customers. 
Provide customer service by researching title related discrepancies and requirements.
Verify funds are collected and provide status updates to management.
Order office supplies, maintain and distribute mail, invoices, and documents.

Accounting & Title Clerk Qualifications
Associate degree in Business or Accounting preferred.
1+ years of related accounting experience; familiar working with titles a plus.
Public notary a plus.
MS Office experience and ERP systems knowledge.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
Organized multitasker with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
