Our Vancouver client is looking for an Accounting Specialist to perform a variety of accounting tasks. This role will wear many hats and lend support to the entire onsite team. This is a great opportunity to gain a variety of skills and knowledge in a comfortable and family-like environment!
Responsibilities of the Accounting Specialist
Assist with invoicing.
Process payments and deposits.
Heavy data entry and filing/scanning.
Maintain financial documents and records.
Additional administrative support to accounting teams.
Accounting Specialist Qualifications
2 years experience with general accounting with AP/AR knowledge.
Associates degree in Accounting or similar field a plus.
MS Office Suite experience, with skills in Excel and Word.
Strong Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) skills; Accurate data entry skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Organized multitasker with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
