Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager
Oversee and handle month-end close activities.
Prepare financial statements and present to stakeholders.
Manage cash and perform reconciliations.
Supervise accounting team members.
Assist with budgeting and tax returns.
Lead audits and make recommendations to accounting procedures.
Qualifications of the Accounting Manager
5 years of similar accounting experience; previous supervisory/leadership experience highly preferred.
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field a plus.
Proficient with ERP systems and MS Excel required.
Sharp business acumen with excellent communication skills.
Analytical and organized with an attention to detail.
Able to meet deadlines within a high volume fast-paced environment.
