Accounting Manager Responsibilities
Responsible for month-end closing, reconciliations, and journal entries.
Oversee accounting staff and review their work.
Support biweekly payroll processing.
Review financial reports and agreements.
Prepare and process ACHs, transfers, invoices, payments, and corrections.
Assist with new account setup and maintaining accounting records.
Accounting Manager Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent education and experience; CPA a plus.
4+ years of GL accounting experience within property management.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
ERP systems knowledge and advanced Microsoft Excel; Yardi a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Organized multitasker with the ability to meet deadlines.
