Our national healthcare client is growing and is in need of an Accounting Manager to join their team in Vancouver, Washington. The ideal candidate is someone who can jump in and hit the ground running.
Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager
Oversee Accounts Payable processing.
Prepare work papers.
Manage cash accounts and reconciliations.
Support quarterly internal and external reviews and audits.
Manage vendor relationships.
Manage cost control schedules.
Prepare and send out investment packages.
Accounting Manager Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA a plus..
5 years accounting experience; public background highly preferred.
Knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance.
MS Office Suite experience, strong skills in Excel.
ERP systems knowledge with QuickBooks required; cloud-based systems experience preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
Organized multitasker with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Can work independently and as part of a team.
