Our Portland based client, a rapidly growing retail organization, is looking for an Accounting Manager to manage accounting functions in a casual and flexible office environment.
Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager
Oversee month-end close process.
Review balance sheet accountant reconciliations.
Financial statement preparation.
Report generation for corporate office and outside auditors.
Oversee and direct accounting team.
Accounting Manager Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
5+ years of accounting experience, with knowledge of cost accounting and inventory preferred..
ERP systems experience and intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
Organized multitasker with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
