Accounting Assistant Responsibilities
Assist with tracking accounting data and timecard info.
Handle high volume invoicing and vouchers.
Enter data from documents and reports into the system.
Identify discrepancies and collaborate with accounting team members for a resolution.
Ensure the accuracy of accounting records of POs.
Perform additional administrative functions as needed.
Accounting Assistant Qualifications
Associates degree a plus.
1+ years of general accounting and AP experience.
Previous experience with ERP systems.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Office Suite skills.
Excellent communication skills verbal and written
High attention to detail, organized, and accurate.
Team player, collaborative, flexible.
