Our client is looking for a bilingual English/Spanish Accountant to manage general ledger transactions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience at a large well-known organization.
Responsibilities of the Accountant
Prepare balance sheets, financial statements, and reports.
Analyze trends, costs, and revenues for future planning.
Make recommendations on tax, resource usage, and budgeting.
Support financial targets and minimizing risk by providing relevant, timely financial information and analysis in a cost-effective manner.
Active participation to establish effective internal controls.
Record transactions and review account analyses.
Additional duties as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
Public accounting experience and CPA highly preferred.
2+ years of hands-on accounting experience.
ERP systems knowledge and advanced skills in Excel.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
Organized multitasker with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
