Our Portland-based client is seeking an Accountant to join their team. This is a great opportunity to join a long-standing healthcare company with potential for further growth.
Review general ledgers, post journal entries.
Perform month-end/year-end close and prepare financial statements.
Oversee and provide backup to accounting functions such as AP and payroll.
Develop and implement process improvements.
Assist with various projects as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
3 years of accounting experience.
Proficiency in MS Office including intermediate Excel skills.
QuickBooks experience a plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
