Account Operations Manager
Our client is hiring an Account Operations Manager for their team in Beaverton, Oregon.
Build relationships with key customers and external partners to drive account development aligned with the commercial strategy.
Drive the process for incorporating the operations and supply chain areas (order management, deliveries, value-added services, etc.) into the overall customer management process, from customer strategic planning through in-season execution.
Lead teams and customers to achieve mutually-agreed operations plans.
Act as the voice of the customer to influence capability development and service offerings.
Manage and coordinate the implementation of operational capabilities and services with key customers Monitor and manage performance against service level agreements from both a company and customer point of view.
