Apply your relationship-building expertise to expand our client network and grow revenue by partnering with new and existing business relationships who would benefit from VanderHouwen's technical recruiting services.
Engage clients using a variety of methods including cold calling, social media, email marketing, sales presentations, proactive candidate marketing, and face to face meetings.
Partner with Recruiting team to ensure alignment on priority roles to fill, job description clarity and ideal candidate profiles.
Meet or exceed sales activity metrics and revenue quotas on monthly and annual cycle.
Always represent VanderHouwen as a trusted partner in a positive and ethical manner, and continuously strive to provide excellent customer service.
Strong client development and/or recruiting experience preferred
Experience creating strategic staffing and hiring solutions for a variety of industries and company sizes from either a sales or recruiting role.
Strong understanding of various technical positions, and ability to clearly articulate profiles of ideal candidates to Recruiters and job candidates.
Experience leveraging a CRM system to document and organize activities
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Comfortable with balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Must be a goal-oriented and a team player who develops and maintains positive working relationships with employees and customers.
A Bachelor's Degree preferred but a proven record of industry success is most important.
