Account Executive
Our client is seeking an Account Executive to join their team. This role will utilize strong selling skills, consumer insights, negotiation skills and business acumen to influence retail customers to purchase the company portfolio of products that best help them and the company meet financial targets and drive revenue & income growth. 

Key Responsibilities
This role will align brand consumer and customer strategies to deliver Annual Financial Plan volume and profitability targets internally & externally. Assist in delivering new business opportunities within the Independent Specialty Channel to drive profitable revenue and income growth. · Work with internal partners to grow the Low Touch Sales approach and drive volume on the B2B platform.
Work closely with the buyers to build and maintain a healthy relationship - 35%
Analyzing business to react quickly to key opportunities within the market - 10%
Develop and execute in-season action plan to grow overall business within the Rivet (B2B) Channel - 10%
Work with cross functional teams to help implement business strategy with accounts while driving revenue & income growth - 5%
Partner with brand teams to strategically identify and quantify key business drivers for each season assortment - 10% 
Order management team on open orders to ensure timely and accurate allotment and shipment - 15%
Sell in product during key periods to accounts % of Time: 15%

Qualifications
Minimum Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree Years and Type of Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree is greatly appreciated, but a combination of college education and or work experience is accepted.
Expert knowledge and proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Knowledge of retail analytics and reporting.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain high personal standards.
Extremely strong customer service orientation with the ability to multi-task along with the ability to not become frustrated with last minute changes.
Effective interpersonal and organizational skills; especially when it comes to working directly with senior level directors Complexity and Accountability.
Maintain and Grow a specific portfolio. Customers primarily in the Caribbean and Mexico as well as identified USA customers. Key partners & Interaction.
Sales, Planning, Merch, B2B Organization, Finance, ·
Drive Volume and Growth through the self-managed B2B Platform yet maintain Direction as needed for Key and focused Customers identified within the portfolio of customers.
Ability to communicate and read Spanish is a plus.
Location preference is in the eastern time zone but open to other.
