Work Order Coordinator
Our client is seeking a highly detail-oriented Work Order Coordinator to support complex utility operations through accurate research, data validation, and system entry. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to build precise, compliant work orders by pulling from multiple data sources and systems. The right candidate will thrive in a computer-based, process-driven environment that values accuracy, organization, and follow-through.
This role is a hybrid model in Wilsonville, Oregon.
Work Order Coordinator Responsibilities
- Research, build, and create detailed work orders by pulling data from 7–15 internal and external systems, including customer, contractor, and asset records.
- Enter and validate contractor information, permits, scope of work, sketches, and supporting documentation into internal work order systems.
- Utilize Maximo, GIS, and internal platforms to verify locations, avoid duplicate records, and ensure data integrity.
- Gather supporting materials such as screenshots, customer contact information, and application details to ensure complete and compliant work orders.
- Coordinate appointment setup and application processing for both residential and business customers while maintaining accurate records.
Work Order Coordinator Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a detail-driven, system-heavy role involving data entry, research, documentation, or operational support.
- Experience working with work order systems, asset management platforms, GIS tools, or similar technical applications.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn tools such as Maximo, GIS, and proprietary internal platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of applications while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
Compensation: Up to $31/hr. (DOE)
