Operations Scheduler
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly collaborative Operations Scheduler to support a busy vegetation management program. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with clarity and empathy, and enjoys keeping cross-functional teams aligned. The right candidate brings strong organizational instincts, problem-solving skills, and a team-first mindset to ensure smooth, efficient, and customer-centered operations.

This role is a hybrid model in Wilsonville, Oregon.

Operations Scheduler Responsibilities

  • Coordinate vegetation-related work activities, including scheduling, dispatching, and assigning tasks to internal teams and contractors.
  • Serve as a communication hub between customers, contractors, and internal groups to ensure timely, accurate issue resolution.
  • Manage high-volume customer inquiries with professionalism, documenting interactions and maintaining clear records.
  • Review, process, and track vegetation management documentation for accuracy, compliance, and timely routing.
  • Support program operations through data analysis, report preparation, and workflow improvements.

Operations Scheduler Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in vegetation management, utilities, or regulatory environments.
  • At least two years of operational, environmental, or contractor-support experience, preferably with regulatory familiarity.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with experience using data and technology tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused and empathetic approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment; valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally.

Compensation: Up to $24.40/hr. (DOE)
