Talent Acquisition Partner
Our client is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Partner who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings strong judgment, communication, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate excels at building trust with hiring leaders, managing competing priorities, and delivering a high-quality hiring experience across all levels of an organization. This role requires someone who is both strategic and hands-on, able to balance consultative partnership with efficient, detail-oriented execution.

This role is a hybrid model in Boston, Massachusetts.

Talent Acquisition Partner Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders to attract and secure top talent for exempt and non-exempt roles.
• Develop and execute both strategic and tactical recruiting plans to meet departmental needs.
• Manage high-volume full-cycle recruitment while delivering exceptional candidate and manager experiences.
• Utilize Workday and other recruitment tools to source, track, and manage applicants.
• Build strong internal relationships to understand workforce needs and support ongoing talent initiatives.

Talent Acquisition Partner Qualifications

• 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience across all organizational levels; healthcare experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred; training available), online sourcing tools, and HRIS platforms.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent time management, organizational abilities, and analytical judgment in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively in both unionized and non-union environments and collaborate well in team-oriented settings.

Compensation: $45-$48/hr. (DOE)
