Physical Therapist
Our client is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across a diverse range of conditions and functional needs. This role focuses on evaluating, planning, and implementing physical therapy interventions that support each patient’s individual goals while promoting safety, independence, and overall well-being.

This role is fully onsite in Seaside, Oregon.

Physical Therapist Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine patient needs, functional limitations, and individualized treatment goals.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans that support optimal mobility, independence, and recovery.
  • Provide hands-on therapeutic techniques, exercises, and education tailored to each patient’s age, condition, and capabilities.
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure effective, safe, and goal-aligned outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and offer professional consultation to support coordinated patient care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, treatment records, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home programs, injury prevention, and safe mobility practices.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and, as needed, provide support for specialty therapy needs within the department.

Physical Therapist Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active Physical Therapist license in Oregon at the time of hire, with eligibility to obtain licensure in any additional locations where care may be provided.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or the ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire.
  • 1–2 years of physical therapy experience.
  • Ability to travel as required to support patient care needs.
  • Strong assessment, treatment planning, and patient education skills.
  • Flexibility to meet specialized departmental needs, which may include additional training or experience.

Salary: $91K-$142K/year. (DOE)
