Physical Therapist – Outpatient Neuro
Our client is seeking a Physical Therapist – Outpatient Neuro to deliver high-quality, individualized care within a patient-centered outpatient setting. This role focuses on comprehensive evaluation, hands-on treatment, and collaborative care planning to help patients achieve optimal functional independence. The clinic offers dedicated one-on-one treatment sessions to support meaningful therapeutic progress.
This role is fully onsite in Medford, Oregon.
Physical Therapist – Outpatient Neuro Responsibilities
- Provide skilled neuro-focused physical therapy through detailed patient evaluations, individualized care plans, and targeted therapeutic interventions.
- Assess functional abilities while considering patient-specific needs, limitations, and age-related factors.
- Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions within the clinic’s standard 45-minute appointment model.
- Document treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with physicians, care teams, and support staff to ensure coordinated, patient-focused care.
- Offer professional consultation to patients and families regarding home programs, mobility strategies, and ongoing recovery needs.
- Maintain a safe, supportive clinical environment and ensure adherence to all applicable policies and licensure regulations.
Physical Therapist – Outpatient Neuro Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Oregon Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
- One to two years of physical therapy experience, preferably in an outpatient or neurological setting.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, patient-centered clinical team.
- Willingness to travel as needed for training, meetings, or support across locations.
- Specialized neuro or department-specific training or experience is beneficial and may be required for certain assignments.
Salary: $91K-$142K/year. (DOE)
