Physical Therapist – Outpatient
Our client is seeking an entry-level Physical Therapist to support outpatient rehabilitation services by delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is ready to build clinical confidence while contributing to a supportive and collaborative care environment.

This role is fully onsite in Hobbs, New Mexico.

Physical Therapist – Outpatient Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings.
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions and adjust plans of care as patient needs evolve.
  • Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques, home exercises, and ongoing self-management.
  • Document assessments, progress notes, and care plans in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members to support coordinated care.
  • Work independently while seeking supervisory guidance as needed for more complex cases.
  • Participate in quality improvement efforts and contribute to a positive patient experience.

Physical Therapist – Outpatient Qualifications

  • Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active New Mexico Physical Therapist License (or eligibility to obtain upon hire).
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
  • Less than one year of experience welcomed; this is an entry-level role.

Preferred: 

  • Prior experience in rehabilitation settings.
  • Neonatal therapy training or experience (for specific acute care needs).

Salary: $79K-$114K/year. (DOE)
