Loan Servicing Representative
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Loan Servicing Representative to support the end-to-end servicing of consumer and mortgage loans. The ideal candidate is a dependable financial services professional with strong analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of lending practices, and a natural ability to resolve complex account matters with empathy and accuracy. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-performing team that values precision, compliance, and exceptional service delivery.
This role is fully onsite in Spokane, Washington.
Loan Servicing Representative Responsibilities
- Process and maintain loan accounts including payoffs, payments, billing, and escrow activities with a high degree of accuracy.
- Handle mortgage loan servicing functions such as ARM/Balloon notices, escrow analyses, and insurance or tax disbursements.
- Respond to internal and external customer inquiries, providing timely resolutions and exceptional client support.
- Ensure compliance with investor requirements (FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA, FHA, VA, RD) and all applicable bank policies and regulations.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts, cross-training, and team collaboration to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Loan Servicing Representative Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking, loan servicing, or related financial operations.
- Strong understanding of mortgage and consumer loan processes, documentation, and regulatory standards.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and loan servicing systems, with keen analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform accurately in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
Compensation: $22/hr.
