BIM/CAD Technology Lead
Our client, a Chicago Area Architecture Design Firm, is looking for a BIM/CAD superstar to be our go-to expert in Revit and AutoCAD. You’ll help our teams work smarter, faster, and more efficiently, while keeping our design technology cutting-edge and cost-effective. If you love solving problems, training others, and shaping how a company uses its design tools, this is your role.

This role is a hybrid model in the Chicago, Illinois Metropolitan Area.

What You’ll Do

• Be the company’s BIM/CAD guru—supporting, training, and inspiring staff across all projects
• Develop, maintain, and enforce BIM/CAD standards and templates
• Keep tools up to date, licensed, and fully optimized
• Collaborate with leadership and tech teams to plan tool usage and investments
• Test and adopt new features to push the company’s technology forward

What You Bring

• Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in architecture, tech, or a related field
  • Professional experience within an architecture or design firm environment

• Preferred:
  • Expert-level Revit and AutoCAD skills
  • Experience with cloud platforms like BIM360 or Unifi
  • Proven ability to create and teach standards, templates, and workflows

Salary: $70K-$120K (DOE)
