VanderHouwen & Associates, Inc. (VHA) is where we are today because of the great referrals we have received from all of you over the years. VHA is looking for your continued support referring new candidates and new clients our way.
The Candidate Referral Program is simple: Refer an individual that VHA has not contacted in the past six months, and if VHA can match their talent with a client’s needs, you will be eligible for a referral bonus.
The Client Referral Program is similar: Refer a client that VHA is not currently doing business with, and if VHA is able to assist with their staffing needs, you will be eligible for a referral bonus.
- If your referral is placed as a Contract, Contract-to-Hire, or Direct-Hire employee through VHA, the following criteria must be met before the referral bonus is paid out:
- The candidate must be on assignment as a contractor for a minimum of three (3) months.
- The candidate must work a minimum of 520 billable hours.
- Referral candidates must begin an assignment within three (3) months from the time the individual is referred.
- Only one referral bonus is paid per placed individual.
- There can be no active client dispute of payment for billable hours. For Direct Hire positions, VHA must have received the placement fee and all guarantee/warranties must have been met.
- The referral bonus will be paid on the 20th day of the month after these commitments have been met.
